If your headphones are still under warranty, contact us at support@soniclamb.com to start the process. Please pack the headphones in the original box along with the foam. We’ll arrange pickup from your place, repair and ship it back (T & C apply). If the warranty is void or expired, we shall continue to support repairs for all customers at cost.
