Refund policy

Returns

If your order is not delivered within 21 business days from the date of purchase for domestic (India) orders, or within 35 days for international orders (outside of India), you are eligible for a full refund.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 6 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation request is made within this time frame, a full refund will be issued. After 6 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with all accessories included and in their original condition.
  • We do not accept returns for products that show signs of use or wear beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged and reported within 3 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@soniclamb.com and send your item to:

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us via email at support@soniclamb.com within 3 days of receiving the product. We offer an exchange for damaged products, provided the original unit does not show signs of use or wear beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. The exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earpads and other personal use accessories once opened.
  • Electronics and audio accessories that have been used or show signs of wear.
  • Any product that has been customized or personalized.

Refunds Process

Refunds are only applicable for non-delivery of the product as specified above. For all other cases, exchanges are offered if the criteria are met.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund and have not received it within the specified time:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping costs and responsibility for returning your item will vary based on the shipping location. At our sole discretion, we may arrange the shipping and bear the shipping cost or transfer the shipping responsibility to you based on your shipping location.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
